These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Yeescape website and purchases made through it.
Yeescape is a brand operated by EATM Brands LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. EATM Brands LLC is the contracting seller for purchases made through this website. References to “Yeescape,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean EATM Brands LLC operating as Yeescape.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies expressly incorporated below, subject to applicable law.
Eligibility and Website Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase.
You agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, misuse another person’s payment details, or infringe intellectual property rights.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Product Information
We aim to describe our products accurately. Images may appear different depending on lighting, screen settings, and display calibration.
Unless otherwise stated, dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Any variation must remain consistent with the product description and applicable consumer guarantees.
Minor differences in machining marks, texture, finish, sound, movement, or resistance are not automatically defects when consistent with the description and reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Props or accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly listed in the product description.
Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for materially inaccurate descriptions or products that fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to successful payment, verification, and product availability. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order; it does not by itself guarantee fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by law, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery address, or an obvious material pricing error.
Where an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled or is cancelled by us, we will notify you and refund the relevant payment as required by law. We will not substitute a product or charge a corrected price without your agreement.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the purchase amount displayed at checkout.
Prices and Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are disclosed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges or other fees outside our control.
Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed purchase.
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. We may reject fraudulent or unauthorized use of a promotion, subject to applicable law.
Discounts and promotional savings have no cash redemption value. Refunds are based on amounts actually paid, with applicable discounts allocated to the affected items.
Shipping Destinations and Charges
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, subject to carrier coverage and address eligibility.
Standard shipping costs US$10 per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$80 or more qualify for free standard shipping, calculated after discounts and before shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees.

Processing and Delivery Estimates
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours on business days. Standard processing may take up to 3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Estimated transit times after shipment are:
- Contiguous United States and Canada: 5–9 business days.
- APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, other remote U.S. locations, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam: 10–15 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: 6–12 business days.
Order processing time is additional.
Delivery estimates are based on information supplied by logistics partners and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, weather, holidays, military mail processing, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, we cannot directly control its movement or guarantee its arrival date. This does not exclude responsibilities or remedies that applicable law requires us to provide.
If we cannot ship within the applicable processing period, we will notify you and provide any options required by law.
Customer Delivery Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information.
You must monitor tracking, respond to delivery notices, and contact the carrier when address confirmation, collection, customs information, or another recipient action is required.
We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries. Our assistance does not replace your responsibility to cooperate directly with the carrier where necessary.
Unless expressly included at checkout, applicable import duties, customs charges, and carrier clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Customer-Caused Final Delivery Failure
If the carrier confirms that final delivery failed because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel, or did not complete required recipient actions, and you request a refund, we will refund 50% of the amount actually paid for the affected order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No additional shipping or handling deduction will be made from that 50% refund. Any legally required tax adjustment will be handled separately.
This rule is separate from the 30-day return process for products successfully received. It does not apply to temporary delays, shipping errors made by us, or circumstances in which applicable law requires a greater refund or another remedy.
Where reshipment is available, any additional charge will be disclosed for your approval before reshipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Voluntary order changes and cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order and before the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Include your order number and the exact change requested.
After 12 hours, or after carrier handover, we do not accept voluntary changes or cancellations. An accepted cancellation will receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charge.
You may still request an eligible return after receiving your order under our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
These limits do not restrict cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
30-Day Returns and Exchanges
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and all included components.
Opening packaging solely to inspect an item does not automatically make it ineligible. Use, damage, modifications, or missing components may affect eligibility.
Contact us before returning an item. Approved change-of-mind returns must be handed to the carrier within 14 calendar days of return authorization, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the original order qualified for free shipping, we will not retroactively deduct an outbound shipping charge solely because an item is returned.
Returned items are subject to inspection. Where legally permitted, we may decline an ineligible voluntary return or propose a reduced refund reflecting a documented loss in value.
Exchanges depend on eligibility, approval, and stock availability. Any price difference or additional shipping charge will be disclosed before you proceed.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Contact [email protected] promptly if an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
We may request reasonable supporting information, including photographs or a short video, to investigate the issue.
For a verified issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
The conditions and time limits for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not restrict non-excludable rights concerning defective, unsafe, or materially misdescribed products.
Product Use and Safety
Use each product only for its intended purpose and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with it.
EDC fidget products are not medical devices and are not sold as treatments for medical or psychological conditions.
Products may contain small components, magnets, or moving parts where indicated in their descriptions or instructions. Keep such components away from children and pets. Do not swallow components or use a damaged product.
Normal wear, cosmetic changes from use, and damage caused by misuse, impacts, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are generally not manufacturing defects.
Customer disassembly or adjustment does not automatically invalidate every claim, but we are not responsible for a problem caused by that conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that possession, importation, and use of a product are permitted in your location. This does not limit our own obligations concerning product safety, accurate descriptions, or lawful supply.
Intellectual Property
The Yeescape name, branding, original website content, and other protected materials belong to EATM Brands LLC or their respective owners.
You may browse the website for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, commercially exploit, or distribute protected content without authorization or a lawful basis.
Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in our branding or content.
Reviews and Submitted Content
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is lawful, accurate to your experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.
By submitting a review or other content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and format that content for operating and promoting Yeescape, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
We may moderate spam, unlawful content, personal information, or content unrelated to the product. We will not materially alter a review to misrepresent your experience.
Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers and logistics services. Their services may be governed by separate terms.
We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability. This does not exclude our responsibilities for services or providers we engage where applicable law makes us responsible.

Please review that policy for information about data collection, processing, disclosures, cookies, and your privacy choices.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that are not expressly provided and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases.
Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or non-excludable consumer guarantees and remedies. They do not prevent recovery of compensation that applicable law requires us to provide.
Misuse and Third-Party Claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses or third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or intentional breach of these terms.
This responsibility does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or breach of our obligations.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms or our incorporated policies excludes, restricts, or replaces rights that cannot legally be waived.
For Australian customers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Customers in New Zealand, Canada, and the United States retain any applicable non-excludable rights under their local laws.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory laws applicable to your purchase provide otherwise.
Please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve a concern. This request does not restrict your right to seek a remedy through a competent court, regulator, or other lawful process.
Where a jurisdiction provision is legally enforceable, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Wyoming. You retain any right to use a court or process available under mandatory local consumer law.
Changes and Severability
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version applicable when you place your order governs that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
